Pre-heated solar water heater with the pressurized copper coil

Pre-heated solar water heater with the pressurized copper coil
Product Detailed

Copper coil solar water heater:
1) Copper coil plays the role as the heat conductor;
2) Scientific,automatic design;

compact solar system with internal coil

I. Feature:

one copper coil is installed inside the tank as the heat exchanger .when waterflows into the copper coil ,it absorbs the heat of the water in the tank via the copper coil therefore the water tank is just a heat storage tank.

a: Works under the perssure of pipe water

b:There is no need to wait and hot water is available immediately

c:completely automatic operation

d:Copper coil dimemsion:12-15mm(diametre);24-36m ( length);1mm(wall thickness)

e:Without volatile tubes

f:Copper coil conduction power :=100W

g:Daily efficiency :>56%,and >42%(winter)

h:Heat transfer testing:evaporation end 70 degree centigrade ,condensation end>=63 degree centigrade,contigrade

II. Working Principle:

      Pre-heated solar water heater also relies on the natural circulation of water between the collector and the tank (that is tubes absorb solar energy,and heats the water inside the tube,hot water rises,cold water flows down). It differs from compact non-pressurized solar water heater because it gets a copper coil inside the inner tank. The hot water rises from the tube into the tank, and heats the copper coil and finaly heats the water inside the copper coil . Therefore the water tank is just as heat storage tank.

      One copper coil is installed inside the tank as the heater exchanger.When waterflows into the copper coil,it absorbs the heat of the water in the tank via the copper coil therefore the water tank is just a heat storage tank.

      so the hot water we use is actually from the copper coil, it’is more clean,and even drinkable(as the copper can purify the water.).The whole system also works at 0.2MPA.
